Zhejiang Guanglong Plastics & Hardwares CO., LTD Which locates in Zhejiang near Shanghai. We occupied 120,000 square meters factory area and 30,000 square meters factory building area. At present, we are the biggest screw factory in China.
We have 250 sets of screw machines which can produce all kinds of screws. Meanwhile, we own two heat treatment lines; one phosphating lines; one set of automatic zinc plating machines, which can do Cr3. Besides, we have our own Laboratory for many kinds of standard tests, for example, Hardness test, Speeding test、 Zinc thickness test、 Torgue test、 Salt test. Until now, we have 500 works, and can produce 5,000 tons screws per month. Our factory capacity can reach 150X20” containers per month. Other than, we also do many kinds of package, such as plastic boxes, paper boxes, buckets, polybags, and so on.
